If the communist left is "all dead in the water" then where does that leave RedMarx? Isn't RedMarx a part of the communist left; isn't that what it really intends to be, albeit in an unofficial way? Isn't any organization today, no matter how small, that even suggests the idea of overthrowing capitalism, and replacing it with a proletarian dictatorship, as stage 1 of starting to build communism, to be regarded as "left communist"? Admittedly this is an old-fashioned terminology, but it serves the purpose doesn't it?

I don't think it is. There are people here who identify with the Communist Left, certainly; there are also those who don't. I think this is a discussion forum.

Almost every group that claims to be Marxist would come under that category, wouldn't it?
