Anti-Capital being distinct from Insurgent Notes? Is there any sort of collective effort around this with them?

I can't answer to the former, because the answer to the latter is yes. Anti-Capital and Insurgent Notes are distinct and have no overlap or collaborative work.

"due process" of course results in these people being ejected from a country they've likely lived in for decades, which is absolutely unacceptable.
